Where the block gets organized

Join a group (the leader approves requests), chat, keep a shared calendar, stock your co-op shelf with trusted vendors, and split bulk orders — nobody is charged until the whole order fills.

📖 Running a good group — the leader’s one-pager

1. Name the jobs. A group with a 🔑 Keyholder (holds pickups), ⚖️ Quartermaster (splits orders), and 👋 Welcomer (greets new members) runs itself — use the ✏️ button on your group card. Shared work is shared ownership.

2. Asks are gold. The healthiest groups normalize asking, not just offering. When someone requests before they buy, the whole block saves — celebrate the ask.

3. Meet at Safe Swap Spots. Every order shows one — public, well-lit, on the map. Using them keeps first-time members comfortable.

4. Moderate out loud. If you ever remove something, tell the person which rule and why. Silent removals are how neighborhood platforms rot; it will never be how this one works.

5. Keep one ritual. A weekly rhythm — Stall Sunday, a standing market walk, a monthly community day — does more for a group than any feature we could build.
